Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
About the role
LifeStance Health is actively hiring licensed therapists to join our growing clinical team. We offer flexible, full-time and part-time schedules (20+ hours/week), hybrid work models (on-site and telehealth), and a 100% outpatient setting with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.
- Deliver care both in-person at LifeStance clinics and via telemedicine.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners.
- Complete administrative tasks with full support for scheduling and billing.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
Compensation and benefits
- Compensation range: $84,000 – $113,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
- Unlimited/uncapped earnings potential based on productivity.
