About the role

Full time (Monday - Friday, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays. Seeking a Licensed Clinic Manager for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic staff and its programs and activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinical areas
• Manage staff performance and evaluations including supervising, coaching, and disciplinary action for front office and clinical staff
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget
• Assist fiscal management and other administrative staff to develop/implement cost-effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, as well as billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or a degree or diploma from an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing is required
• A minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required
• A minimum of one-year previous supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care, or outpatient setting is required
• CPR Certification required
• Current and Active Medical Assistant certification (Acceptable certifications are RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA certification or ABR-OE credentials) or active LPN or LVN license is required
