Clinic Manager Licensed
About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinic Manager for our practice at HCA Methodist Physicians. This position is part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Help establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned clinical areas.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical plans.
- Select, train/orient, and supervise departmental personnel.
- Responsible for work assignment and daily operations.
- Evaluate performance and recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Resolve problems in clinical areas and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
- Help fiscal management and other administrative staff to develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, as well as billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality.
- Perform other related work as required.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or a degree or diploma from an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting is required.
- A minimum of one year previous supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting is required.
- Current and Active Medical Assistant certification (Acceptable certifications are RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA certification or ABR-OE credentials) or active LPN or LVN license is required.
- CPR Certification required.
