About the role
We're seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to lead clinic operations and drive meaningful results in a patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Optimize schedules and align templates to enhance provider productivity and clinic efficiency.
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate eligibility verification, authorizations, and documentation, preventing revenue cycle issues.
- Monitor performance trends, provide feedback, lead daily huddles, conduct weekly one-on-ones, and guide monthly metric reviews to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement for both patients and staff.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a clinic manager.
- Experience in healthcare management is a plus!
