About the role
Ellie Mental Health is expanding across South Florida and seeks licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join their clinic serving Lake Worth and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and counseling services to clients
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Licensed mental health clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience in mental health counseling or related field
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Current license to practice in Florida
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
- Experience working with diverse populations
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
