Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Multicultural competence and strong communication skills
• Ability to complete documentation efficiently
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus)
• Spanish-speaking a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation ranging from $57 to $62 per session ($65,000–$83,000 per year) for full-time roles
