Responsibilities
- Implement weekly lead generation system requirements
- Host open houses
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
- Participate in team events as per established standards
- Dedicate to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
- Provide consultations to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
- Compose and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Monitor activities and manage client information using your CRM
Requirements
- Licensed real estate professional in VA, NC, or both
- Strong communication skills

Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 USD yearly (commission-based position)
