Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and straight razor shaves.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver excellent results.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest grooming trends and techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Promote and recommend products and services offered at the barbershop.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of barbering experience is required.
• Valid Massachusetts barber certification.
• Professional, reliable, hardworking, success-driven, and active.
• Willingness to work in a diverse and family-friendly environment.

Pay

From $50,000 a year or $500.00 per week.
