At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are seeking a License Owner / Operator in Atlanta to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including scheduling, player management, and facility coordination
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the local football community
• Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong understanding of football culture and passion for the sport
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in business or operations
• Ability to operate independently with full support from headquarters
