At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are seeking a License Owner / Operator in Chicago to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Chicago
- Recruit and manage a team of players and volunteers
- Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
- Collaborate with the HQ team to implement best practices and improve the football ecosystem
Requirements
- Strong local insight into football culture and community dynamics
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Leadership skills and the ability to operate independently
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for football
