Responsible for managing automotive service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff in automotive repair techniques and customer service skills.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on vehicles to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs, costs, and completion times.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service management.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
