About the role

Responsible for managing automotive service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff in automotive repair techniques and customer service skills.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on vehicles to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service needs, costs, and completion times.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service management.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
