About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and assisting with general office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
