About the Role

LeafFilter by Leaf Home is North America's largest direct-to-consumer home remodeling company. We're seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team as Design Consultants, conducting in-home sales presentations for gutter protection solutions. This role involves traveling to pre-scheduled, company-generated appointments with homeowners and providing all necessary information for same-day purchase decisions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from your residence to pre-qualified appointments with homeowners
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations
• Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
• Evening and weekend availability

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience is not required
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
• A strong desire and ability to close sales
• Open to applicants from all backgrounds (training provided)

Pay

Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $80,000-$220,000+. Performance-based bonus opportunities available through ICBA Contractors insurance offering.

Schedule

• Flexible weekly schedule
• Day shift and evening shift availability
• Monday to Saturday as needed
