What You’ll Do (and Learn to Do)

• Install, test, terminate, label, and document fiber optic cabling
• Pull low-voltage cables through conduits, ceilings, and pathways (ISP/OSP)
• Interpret floor plans, port maps, and telecom drawings to execute work accurately
• Install ladder rack, fiber troughs, seismic bracing, and grounding systems
• Patch, label, and barcode network equipment with precision and consistency
• Work safely every day while learning alongside experienced technicians

What We’re Looking For

• A strong willingness to learn and take direction
• A safety-first mindset, plus reliability and teamwork
• Comfort using hand tools
• Readiness for hands-on, physical work
• Interest in technical systems, cabling, or construction-style environments
• Great attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Training & Pay (Earn While You Learn)

• Training starts August 10th and runs for four weeks (full-time)
• New classes start weekly
• $25.00/hour during training
• If you’re local, you may commute daily
• If you’re non-local, you’ll receive company-paid housing, travel, and food for the duration of training

The Minimum Salary for the LevelUp Installer Program by Meta Position is $25.00 per Hour and the Maximum Salary for the LevelUp Installer Program by Meta Position is $25.00 per Hour.

The Compensation Offered to a Successful Candidate Will Depend on Their Skills, Qualifications, and Experience.
