Lead Hardscape Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside field crews on landscaping and hardscaping projects including patios and retaining walls.
• Oversee daily jobsite activities to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Read plans and layouts to execute projects accurately.
• Assign tasks, monitor crew performance, and keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure jobsite safety and proper use of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding progress, needs, and challenges.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Train and mentor crew members to support skill development and growth.
• Auxiliary in material handling, equipment operation, and hands-on installation work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related construction work.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of outdoor construction processes and jobsite workflows.
• Ability to lead by example with a positive, dependable attitude.
• Reliable, loyal, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
