Responsibilities

• Install full range of kitchen, bathroom, and other carpentry-related products sold by the company according to plans
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship
• Communicate with lead installer and team
• Manage tools and equipment on-site
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with inventory and material handling
• Follow timelines and complete tasks efficiently
• Other duties as assigned and requested

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude; Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude; Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation; Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and ability to navigate applications via phone
