Level Supervisor

About the role

The Level Supervisor for Adventist Health Arena is responsible for overseeing a designated area within the building, ensuring that all departmental needs and procedures are met. This includes managing concession stands, supervising staff, and handling event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sufficient product levels at concession stands to serve event attendees.
• Direct concession/bartender stand personnel to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure proper food production and adherence to production sheets.
• Communicate event information and coordinate with warehouse for additional inventory.
• Enforce alcohol service policy and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and restock merchandise and address any equipment issues.
• Train new stand personnel on POS systems.
• Record inventories, product transfers, and waste/spoilage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize concession stands throughout the event.
• Complete required event-related paperwork.
• Supervise concession stand personnel and bartenders.
• Train, assign tasks, and discipline employees as necessary.
• Address complaints and resolve problems within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-6 months related experience or training.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions via radio.
• Some computer skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit.
• Completion of ASM Alcohol and Policy Training Classes.

Physical Demands

• Regular movement and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Standing for long hours during events.
• Talking and hearing.
• Work both inside and outside the building as needed by events.

Compensation

$17.50 per hour.
