Level 3 Vehicle Operator (PM Shift)

About the role

HireArt is assisting an autonomous ride-hailing company in its mission to turn innovation into reality. The Level 3 Vehicle Operator will ensure safety, manage vehicle readiness, conduct tests, and represent the company's brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive 4-8 hours a day prioritizing safety
• Conduct basic software operation tasks
• Support missions through various roles inside and outside the vehicle
• Assist with documentation and metrics
• Provide accurate written and oral feedback to engineering teams
• Support vehicle maintenance and logistics
• Perform daily basic vehicle preventative maintenance checks, services, and repairs
• Offer logistical support for vehicle and equipment movement and storage
• Ensure vehicle, equipment, and workplace readiness and cleanliness
• Help with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness

Requirements

• Basic vehicle knowledge for checks and driving (6 hours per day)
• Basic technology skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
• Excellent driving record and no criminal history
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred
• Military experience preferred

Pay

Compensation starts at $25.00 per hour, with weekend shifts adding 5% per hour in bonus pay, and night shifts starting at 1 p.m. or later adding an additional 2% per hour in bonus pay (totaling 7% on weekends).

Schedule

Weekend shifts: 3:45pm-12:15am (Tuesday-Saturday), 3:45pm-12:15am (Wednesday-Sunday), 3:45pm-12:15am (Thursday-Monday), 3:45pm-12:15am (Sunday-Thursday)
