Level 3 Vehicle Operator (Night Shift)

About the role

HireArt is partnering with an innovative, autonomous ride-hailing company to find a Level 3 Vehicle Operator. This role involves ensuring safety, maintaining vehicle readiness, completing software and hardware tests, and representing the company's brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive 4-8 hours a day with a focus on safety
• Conduct basic software operation tasks
• Support missions through various roles inside and outside the vehicle
• Aid in documentation and metrics
• Provide accurate written and oral feedback to engineering teams
• Support vehicle maintenance and logistics
• Perform daily basic vehicle preventative maintenance checks, services, and repairs
• Offer logistical support for vehicle movement and equipment storage
• Ensure vehicle, equipment, and workplace readiness and cleanliness
• Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness

Requirements

• Basic vehicle knowledge for performing checks
• Ability to drive for extended periods (6 hours per day)
• Basic technology skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent driving record and no criminal history
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred
• Military experience preferred

Pay

Compensation starts at $27.00 USD per hour. Additional bonuses apply for weekend and night shifts.

Schedule

Shifts available from 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM, with options for Thursday-Monday, Wednesday-Sunday, Friday-Tuesday, and Tuesday-Saturday schedules. Weekend shifts receive a 5% hourly bonus, while night shifts starting at 1 PM or later receive an additional 2% bonus (totaling 7% on weekends).
