About the role
The Lending Administration Coordinator oversees and manages processes across Credit and Lending disciplines, including Consumer Credit, Commercial and Consumer Credit Card, and Mortgage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaison on vendor management and expense management with key corporate stakeholders.
- Deliver and monitor required regulatory reporting.
- Administer security access, network drives, and systems; process Service Now and incident tickets.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and termination off-boarding for applicable roles.
- Build relationships within the department and with stakeholders in Commercial Banking, Consumer, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Risk, and Legal.
- Coordinate meetings for internal/external groups, committees, regulators, and vendors, including agendas, materials, content, and minutes.
- Maintain and update current intranet content and design.
- Conduct special projects as directed.
- Provide support to Senior Leadership as needed.
- Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in banking with 2 years in process and/or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with sound grammar and punctuation knowledge.
- Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Proficient in working with minimal supervision and leveraging technology to drive results.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to quality and detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Pay
Compensation range: $59,085 – $86,922. The posted range is UMB’s reasonable estimate based on budget and expected starting pay, but actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience, and other job-related factors.
