About the role
Front Desk Agents act as the face of the Resort, providing exceptional guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a genuine warm welcome.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and inquiries.
- Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Handle emergencies, such as fire, medical, or power failures, by contacting the appropriate personnel.
- Support guest services, safety services, housekeeping, and engineering teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guests.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years of Hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Experience with OPERA property management system or equivalent.
- Ability to speak English clearly and fluently, with preference for fluency in Spanish.
- Excellent customer service skills, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
