About the role
Front Desk Agents act as the face of the Resort, providing exceptional guest service and contributing to financial profitability.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a genuine warm welcome
- Assist with check-in/checkout processes and address guest inquiries
- Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Process payments according to hotel requirements
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and assist with emergency situations
- Maintain the quality of the guest experience
- Maintain confidentiality of guests' information
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hotel front desk experience preferred
- Experience with OPERA property management system or equivalent
- Fluency in English, with preference for fluency in Spanish
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Able to stand for long periods and work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
