About the role
Courtyard by Marriott in Bettendorf is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
