Duties
- Draft and distribute commercial real estate closing documents for acquisitions, dispositions & leasing
- Create and maintain deal checklists to monitor deliverable status
- Prepare and deliver signature page packets and coordinate their delivery
- Assemble final executed documents for closings
- Manage a digital database of closing files by tracking and filing new documents
- Procure lien releases following the release of mortgage debt
- Affirmatively assist in the drafting of various asset management documents
- Notarize documents as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience drafting commercial real estate closing documents
