Legal Specialist
About the Role
The Legal Specialist provides support by accurately complying with garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and IRS levy by restricting members' accounts or funds.
Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA
Duration: Initial 6-month duration with possible extensions
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements related to garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and IRS levies.
