Job Reference Number: 42387 Employment Type: Full-Time, HybridSegment: Elior Corporate Brand: ENA Corporate Location: Minneapolis, MN 55113 Legal Specialist The Role at a Glance We’re looking for a Legal Specialist to join our Legal & Risk team and provide support to the Associate General Counsel. This role will support a variety of legal activities, including contract review and drafting, RFPs, and legal requests. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to help ensure legal documents and requests follow established standards and processes. You’ll also partner with members of the Legal team and outside counsel while supporting projects and day-to-day legal operations. What You’ll Be Doing Draft and review contracts, amendments, renewals, letters of understanding, and other legal correspondenceReview Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and provide legal guidance and clarificationReview client-drafted agreements and work with internal business teams and external parties to address and negotiate non-standard termsReview incoming legal requests through Zendesk and route or assign requests to the appropriate Legal team member or support functionEnsure legal requests and documentation follow established department processes and workflowsMaintain organized and accurate legal recordsDevelop and contribute to training materials and training sessions for business teams and company leadershipProvide responsive support to internal teams while managing multiple requests and prioritiesAssist with Legal and cross-functional projects and process improvementsPerform other related duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 5+ years of legal, paralegal, or related experienceParalegal certificate or bachelor’s degreeExperience drafting, reviewing, and working with legal documentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively across teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentationCritical-thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills when working with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookComfortable learning and working within legal, document-management, ticketing, or other business systems Location: This position is based at Elior’s Minneapolis, MN office. In office three days in office and two days remote. Office Location: 1515 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55113 Compensation Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
