We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "Baker Botts, a full-service, leading international law firm recognized for our understanding of the industries we serve, is seeking a Legal Secretary. Under general supervision of the Secretarial Services Manager, provides secretarial/clerical, document processing to partners, associates and paralegals either as part of a team or individually. Responsible for carrying out clerical and administrative tasks in support of the Firm’s leadership. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Houston with excellent benefits." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

About the role

then

with that content. Next: "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" then a long list of duties. We'll put

Responsibilities

then
  • each duty. We need to split duties into list items. The duties are sentences separated by periods. We'll extract each bullet. • . Next: "Qualifications" heading then list of qualifications. We'll put

    Qualifications

    then
. Next: "Extent of Contact (Within and outside the Firm)" maybe could be part of Responsibilities or Skills? It's about contact. Could be a separate section like "Extent of Contact". But we only have predefined headings; we could put under "Skills" maybe? But better to create a section only if matches headings. There's no heading for contact. Could be omitted? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content to these. "Extent of Contact" could be part of Skills (interpersonal) or Responsibilities. We'll maybe incorporate into Responsibilities as a bullet? But it's already a separate paragraph. Could add as a bullet under Responsibilities: "Extensive daily contacts with lawyers, staff and colleagues in local office as well as Firmwide. Moderate to high degree of contact with clients and lawyers with other firms. Occasional contact with vendors, legal associations and publications." We'll add as a bullet. Next: "Physical Demands" and "Working Condition and Environment". Could be part of Skills? Not exactly. Could be under "Requirements"? Actually Requirements often includes physical demands. We'll create a

      Requirements

section for physical demands and working conditions. List: - Moderate physical activity and must be able to work at a computer for considerable periods of time. - Must be able to routinely lift and carry file folders weighing up to 20 pounds. - Position requires extensive telephone use. - Must be able to staple and collate repetitively. - Must be able to lift, squat, kneel and bend. - Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. - This position is a full-time position requiring a 5-day work week and standard hours as outlined in the firm policy manual. - Additional hours will be required when necessary to meet established deadlines or stay current with occasional peaks in workload. - Must be available to work overtime, including weekend hours, when necessary to meet established deadlines or stay current with occasional peaks in workload. - Must be willing to change regular work schedule to meet the needs of the Firm. - Must be able to perform essential duties of the position with time constraints and frequent interruptions. - Ability to work well in high pressure environments. We'll put those as
    • under Requirements. Next: "Baker Botts is committed to cultivating a culture where our attorneys and staff thrive professionally and personally. We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits program designed to support and enhance the overall wellbeing of our employees and their families." That's benefits. We'll put

      Benefits

      then

with that sentence. No specific Pay or Schedule details beyond full-time, non-exempt, standard hours, overtime etc. Pay not mentioned. Schedule: we have mention of full-time, 5-day work week, standard hours, overtime, weekend hours, willing to change schedule. That's schedule info. Could create Schedule section. But we already have some schedule info in Requirements. Might be better to put schedule details under Schedule section. However we must not create sections with filler. We have specific schedule content: full-time, 5-day work week, standard hours, overtime, weekend hours, willing to change schedule. That's specific. So we can create

      Schedule

      with
        or

        . We'll put

with bullets. Pay: no specific salary, so we omit Pay section. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

          About the role

          ...

          Responsibilities

          • ...
          • ...

          Requirements

... physical demands and work conditions ...

          Qualifications

            ... qualifications ...

          Skills

maybe we can include some skills not covered elsewhere? We have many skills in qualifications; but we could still have Skills section for things like "Advanced computer and software application skills", "Ability to proofread", etc. However those are already in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we omit Skills section or combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have About role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. That's six sections. Could be okay. We should ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Excellent benefits" mentioned earlier; we captured benefits. Now produce HTML. Let's craft the About the role paragraph: Combine first two sentences: "Baker Botts, a full-service, leading international law firm recognized for our understanding of the industries we serve, is seeking a Legal Secretary. Under general supervision of the Secretarial Services Manager, provides secretarial/clerical, document processing to partners, associates and paralegals either as part of a team or individually. Responsible for carrying out clerical and administrative tasks in support of the Firm’s leadership. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Houston with excellent benefits." Make sure no extra line breaks inside

but can have sentences. Now Responsibilities list: We'll copy each bullet as

        • . Ensure no duplicate. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters like & etc. In text we have "Firm’s" with apostrophe; that's fine. Also "Attorney’s". Use straight apostrophe? We'll keep as is. Now Requirements list: include physical demands and work environment. Now Qualifications list. Now Benefits paragraph: "Baker Botts is committed to cultivating a culture where our attorneys and staff thrive professionally and personally. We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits program designed to support and enhance the overall wellbeing of our employees and their families." Now Schedule list: bullets: - Full-time position. - 5-day work week with standard hours as outlined in the firm policy manual. - Additional hours required when necessary to meet established deadlines or stay current with occasional peaks in workload. - Must be available to work overtime, including weekend hours, when necessary to meet established deadlines or stay current with occasional peaks in workload. - Must be willing to change regular work schedule to meet the needs of the Firm. We could also include "non
