Legal Secretary - Civil Enforcement Division
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions. Must keep substantive info: description, duties, required experience, desired skills, benefits, etc. Also include salary range (Pay). Also schedule? Not given explicitly; maybe full-time implied but not explicit schedule. We should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It says "Permanent, full-time employment". That's schedule info (full-time). Could we include Schedule? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Permanent, full-time employment". That's schedule info (full-time). So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Also Pay: Salary Range $3,952 - $5,458 (presumably monthly?). We'll include Pay section.
Benefits: list of benefits: Vacation, sick leave, 11 paid holidays a year, special days off, excellent medical, dental, vision benefits, pension and retirement programs, endless peer and management support, representation by SEIU, opportunity to expand professional skills, etc. Also "Exposure to a variety of operational areas..." etc maybe under About the role or Benefits? The "What's In It For You" section includes benefits and advancement opportunities. We'll treat that as Benefits.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from Job Description paragraph). Responsibilities (Job Duties). Requirements (Required Experience). Qualifications? Might be overlapping with Required Experience and Desired Skills. Could combine? But we need to follow headings list; we can include Qualifications if there is content. The posting includes "Required Experience" and "Desired Skills, Experiences, And Attributes". Could map Required Experience to Requirements, Desired Skills to Skills. Qualifications maybe not separate; we could omit Qualifications if no specific content beyond those. But we could include Qualifications as combination of required experience and desired skills? Better to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: The initial paragraphs describing the division, role, purpose. That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: Job Duties (in Part) list.
- Requirements: Required Experience (two years clerical/secretarial experience etc). That's specific.
- Skills: Desired Skills, Experiences, And Attributes list.
- Benefits: What's In It For You list.
- Pay: Salary Range.
- Schedule: Permanent, full-time employment.
We should not include Qualifications if no distinct content beyond Requirements and Skills. Could we treat Qualifications as same as Requirements? But to avoid thin sections, maybe omit Qualifications.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no Legal Secretary... etc.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, navigation, cookie, legal, application instructions (Click "Apply"...). Also remove contact info? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Contact info like address, phone, email maybe considered boilerplate? It's not explicitly listed but could be considered contact info; but it's not navigation/legal/EEO. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Contact info is not explicitly forbidden, but could be considered part of application instructions? It's not. However, to be safe, we might keep it? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; contact info is substantive? Possibly not needed for job posting but could be considered metadata. The instruction about Job ID/requisition numbers says fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Contact info could be considered minor metadata. Safer to drop it or put in a short p. But we have no section for metadata; we could include a short
at end with contact info. However, they said "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can drop contact info or put in a p. I'd drop it to keep concise. We must not include application instructions like "Click Apply..." etc. So remove those paragraphs. We must preserve all substantive information: job description, duties, required experience, desired skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Now craft HTML. We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include any markdown code fences. Just raw HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO etc. We removed application instructions. We kept the description about "If selected, we’ll ensure you are paid well and equitably..." that's substantive? It's a bit fluff but it's part of posting; we could keep it in About the role or Benefits? It's about compensation and work-life balance. Could be included in Benefits or About the role. Since we already have Benefits and Pay, we could incorporate that sentence into Benefits or About the role. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence somewhere. Where? It says: "If selected, we’ll ensure you are paid well and equitably to your peers, make work-life balance attainable, and show you the door to professional development and job satisfaction." This is about benefits and work-life balance. Could be placed in Benefits section as an extra bullet. Let's add a bullet: "Assurance of equitable pay relative to peers, work-life balance support, and pathways to professional development and job satisfaction." We should also keep the line about "This position provides support for the assistant attorneys general in preparing cases for trial." Already in About the role. We also have "If you are a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d like the opportunity to consider you." That's fluff but substantive? It's an invitation; could be included in About the role. We need to ensure we didn't lose any substantive info. Let's scan original text for any other substantive bits: - "Initial Posting Date 09/15/2026 Application Deadline 10/06/2026 Agency Department of Justice Salary Range $3,952 - $5,458 Position Type Employee Position Title Legal Secretary - Civil Enforcement Division" - we have salary range, we dropped dates and agency maybe minor metadata; but agency is Department of Justice - could be considered substantive? It's the employer; but we already have context. Could drop as minor metadata. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. We could include a short p at top with "Posted: 09/15/2026 – Deadline: 10/
