Job Title Legal Secretary About The Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support that keeps a law office running smoothly. The role works closely with attorneys in a collaborative environment, assisting with cases efficiently. Responsibilities The Legal Secretary will manage and maintain case files, prepare and proofread legal documents such as pleadings and correspondence, and support litigation through document review and timely court filings. The role also includes scheduling, client communication support, calendar and travel management, and handling confidential information with discretion.
