Legal Secretary

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in commercial litigation, including federal court exposure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Large law firm experience required – Am Law 100 environment preferred
• Proven ability to handle workload for 5+ attorneys simultaneously
• Strong document skills, including TOA/TOC creation, formatting, and proofreading
• Experience with NY state and federal e-filing systems, including ECF
• Familiarity with tools such as iManage, PACER, and Chrome River

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and litigation support to a team of attorneys
• Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents and filings
• Manage court submissions in compliance with applicable rules
• Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and coordinate scheduling
• Maintain and organize client files across systems
• Support billing processes, including time entry and invoice review
• Assist with new matter intake and file setup
• Handle communications, coordinate travel, and support day-to-day operations

• Attorneys receive consistent, high-quality support
• Communication is clear, professional, and responsive
• Documents are polished and ready for client or court submission

Pay

$95,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience
