Legal Secretary
Job Description
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, court appearances, depositions, and client appointments.
File legal documents with state and federal courts, both electronically and in person.
Open, organize, and maintain client files and case records.
Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and vendors.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and telephone calls.
Assist with document collection, case preparation, and trial support.
Clock deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal filings.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information.
Position Requirements
