About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Consultant/Tax Attorney to provide expert guidance and support to clients on various tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution. You will work closely with clients to analyze their financial situations, identify tax-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will represent clients in tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities, striving to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of X years of experience in tax law, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
