The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the firm's sales and intake functions to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and an exceptional prospective client experience. This role oversees the Intake Team, develops and implements sales strategies, manages the firm's CRM and sales processes, and ensures consistent execution of best practices throughout the client acquisition journey.

- Serves as the primary owner of HubSpot initiatives
- Sales reporting
- Intake performance management
- Process improvement efforts designed to maximize consultation attendance, engagement rates, and overall firm growth
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management

Pay
$85,000
