Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant - Agile Product Owner to join the Legal Department's Support Hub, Integration, Execution, and Legal Delivery (SHIELD) team. The Agile product team supports document management, records retention, Corporate Governance, and find-a-legal-contact tools.

About the role

In this role, you will act as Agile Product Owner within the Legal Department, partnering with the Product Manager to shape product strategy and long-term direction. You will lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups, contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives, and work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy, and understanding of international business.
  • Make recommendations for support functions by providing support and leadership.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product ownership, agile delivery, and business execution, preferably within Legal or Corporate Governance domains.
  • Experience with agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) and workflow and collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Familiarity with Legal, Corporate Governance, or governance-related domains is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives with risk, governance, and control considerations.
  • Strong dependency management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership.
  • Ability to influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
  • Experience working with and leading delivery teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions, possessing the ability to lead.

Job Expectations

  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, in office at least 3 days a week.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Pay

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
