Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant - Agile Product Owner to join the Legal Department's Support Hub, Integration, Execution, and Legal Delivery (SHIELD) team. The Agile product team supports document management, records retention, Corporate Governance, and find-a-legal-contact tools.

About the role

In this role, you will act as Agile Product Owner within the Legal Department, supporting document management, records retention, Corporate Governance, and find-a-legal-contact tools. You will partner with the Product Manager to shape product strategy and long-term direction, lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups, and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.

You will research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy, and Business Execution, as well as an understanding of international business. Working independently, you will make recommendations for support functions by providing leadership and support.

You will assist in planning and executing a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. Collaboration with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures is key, along with providing leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product ownership, agile delivery, and business execution, preferably within Legal or Corporate Governance domains
  • Experience with agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) and workflow/collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
  • Familiarity with Legal, Corporate Governance, or governance-related domains
  • Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives with risk, governance, and control considerations
  • Strong dependency management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at all organizational levels, including senior executive leadership
  • Ability to influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working and influencing successfully within a matrix environment
  • Experience working with and leading delivery teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore optimal solutions

Job Expectations

  • Onsite presence required from any of the listed locations
  • Hybrid schedule, in-office at least 3 days per week
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Relocation assistance not available

Pay

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00 base pay range. Pay may vary depending on factors including demonstrated performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
