Legal Processing Analyst (Student Worker) - Current Law School Students Only
About the role
The San Diego Superior Court is seeking currently enrolled law school students to establish an eligible list of Legal Processing Analyst (Student Worker) employment candidates. This is a separate recruitment from the regular Student Worker job posting (Exam No. 21-017).
Responsibilities
- Review and process default court judgments in various areas of law, including but not limited to family, probate, limited civil, and unlimited civil.
- Process orders after hearings.
- Review family judgment checklists.
- Participate in legal mentoring and internship development opportunities offered by the court's legal department.
Requirements
- Full-time law students currently enrolled in at least 9.0 semester units or 12.0 quarter units at an accredited school of law.
- The minimum unit load requirement is waived for students with a permanent disability.
