Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage smaller-scale disputes, including consumer complaints and single-plaintiff litigation.
- Serve as support for intake and management of matters using Legal Tracker software; manage litigation holds using Legal Hold Pro.
- Investigate and handle responses to employment subpoenas, including complex subpoenas, in a tight time frame.
- Manage responses to discovery on all Legal Department matters, including use of Microsoft365 e-discovery software; serve as intermediary between outside counsel and internal clients to organize documents and information.
- Aid with other legal issues and projects as necessary, including position statements, regulatory guidance, general legal questions and other topics.
Qualifications
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Experience Requirement/Preferences: 5 - 7 Years of Litigation support / Labor and Employment experience.
- Technological Requirements: Experience using case management and e-discovery software (Legal Hold Pro, Legal Tracker, Microsoft365).
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Excellent written & verbal communication skills, customer-service oriented, self-motivated & detail-oriented, ability to work effectively in a team environment, ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

Targeted Pay Range
$67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
