What You’ll Do
- Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail
- Draft, format, and circulate legal correspondence, reports, and documents accurately
- Maintain client records and manage billing, time entry, and related administrative processes
- Coordinate projects across teams and track deliverables to meet deadlines
- Organize filing, scanning, and document management systems efficiently
- Support special initiatives, workflow improvements, and office projects as requested
