What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize schedules for a group of attorneys
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries and supporting documentation
- Prepare and track expense submissions
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, relay messages accurately, and ensure timely follow‑up
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications to keep attorneys informed and on track
- Draft, review, and finalize time entries and related administrative documents
- Maintain updated client and matter information
- Support conflict checks and new‑matter openings
- Assist with marketing efforts, client outreach, and proposal preparation
- Contribute to billing processes and routine correspondence
- Create, organize, and maintain physical and digital files
- Welcome clients and visitors with courtesy and tact
- Provide support for overflow work and practice‑specific needs
- Coordinate with document production teams for overtime or additional coverage
- Keep internal reference materials current and accessible for colleagues
