Legal Operations Specialist (Legal Front Door Implementation)
About the role
The PositionA global technology company is seeking an experienced Legal Operations consultant to lead the implementation and rollout of a legal front door tool.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with executive leadership, legal, sales, and IT to gather requirements, align priorities, structure intake and workflow processes, coordinate integrations, and ensure adoption across teams.
- Drive complex implementation projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Lead implementations of Legal Front Door or CLM platforms.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through rollout.
- Experience with Coheso is a plus.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience leading implementations of Legal Front Door or CLM platforms.
- High degree of independence.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Legal Front Door or CLM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay
This role is offered on an hourly basis with an expected rate between $65 and $78 per hour.
Schedule
The role is fully remote but candidates must be available to support CT or ET hours.
