  • Produce documents from internal systems
  • Process invoices
  • Organize and audit case files across multiple document management platforms
  • Work closely with in-house attorneys, business partners, and outside counsel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a legal support, legal operations, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with limited supervision
  • Interest in legal operations and a drive to find ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Comfort with technology and an ability to learn new systems quickly, including document management platforms and legal billing tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Copilot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear emails and correspond professionally with attorneys and outside counsel
  • Discretion and an appreciation for attorney-client privilege and the importance of confidentiality
  • Problem-solving mindset — able to respond to unexpected changes, handle urgent requests, and find efficient solutions
  • Outstanding references

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a legal department, law firm, or litigation support environment
  • Familiarity with legal matter management systems, e-billing platforms, or document management tools
  • Experience coordinating matter openings/closings, conflict checks, or engagement letters
  • Experience producing documents from internal systems or processing legal invoices
