Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for legal requests, manages intakes and directs inquiries to the appropriate legal team member.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding legal processes and procedures.
- Prepares and delivers necessary materials to ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and external inquiries.
- Prepares and provides training on legal functions and processes for our global team.
- Supports legal and compliance departments with other administrative & substantive responsibilities upon request.
- Manage template agreements and support contract drafting for U.S. and international commercial team, as well as NDA preparation and general consulting, supply and services template preparation.
- Maintains global contract databases, ensuring proper filing, organization and documentation of agreements.
- Responsible for the collection, organization, and coordination of commercial request for proposals documentation for commercial sales transactions.
- Administers and optimizes legal technology tools, including contract database.
- Aids in projects aimed at streamlining legal workflows and improving departmental processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (pre-law, legal studies, business/communications or other liberal arts degree encouraged to apply).
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Internships at law firms or other corporations strongly preferred.
- Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new legal tech tools.
- Motivated self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
