Legal and Compliance Ops Associate

We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Ops Associate to join our small, but mighty Legal and Compliance team to accelerate the development of our legal and compliance programs. This is a generalist role, with an emphasis on supporting our regulatory licensing activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, monitor, and execute external and internal regulatory processes and licensing applications and renewals related to our Insurance and Travel products.
- Manage ongoing compliance requirements for our licenses, including process development and/or improvement, tracking and reporting.
- Create and maintain clear documentation on key regulatory processes.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including contacts with various state insurance, travel, and other regulators regarding licensing compliance items.
- Aid with other legal and compliance projects as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of paralegal experience or experience in a legal and/or compliance function.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset (flexible, self-starting and hard-working).
- Sense of humor.

Pay
- The pay range for this role is: 75,000 - 113,000 USD per year (US).
