Legal Operations Analyst

About the Opportunity

A Global Medical Device Company is looking for a legal operations professional with 5+ years' experience having experience with Legal Operations; Outside Counsel Management; and EBilling for a 6 month engagement starting as soon as possible. The work will involve supporting an established outside counsel management program through hands-on execution, including Legal Tracker reporting, data analysis, and coordination of law firm panel initiatives. This is a tactical, support-focused role working closely with a Legal Operations lead.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze data from Legal Tracker and Excel to support reporting and decision-making
• Prepare materials and follow-ups for law firm and internal meetings
• Support outside counsel panel management and ongoing program initiatives
• Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations
• Hands on experience with Legal Tracker for reporting
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, basic data analysis)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a support role
• Collaborative and communicative

Key Details

• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week with potential to increase up to 40 hours as engagement progresses
• Duration: 6 month engagement
• Compensation: $60 - $75 per hour
• Time Zone: Primarily supporting U.S. ET time zone hours
• Employment: W-2 employment through a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
