Responsibilities

• Providing legal support to the Group’s activities and its subsidiaries
• Managing corporate and transactional matters (company incorporations, restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, etc.)
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Advising operational departments on legal matters
• Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating legal risks
• Ensuring legal and regulatory monitoring

Skills

• Strong knowledge of business law and corporate law
• Solid understanding of corporate and transactional matters
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and legal drafting skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Comfortable working in a demanding and fast‑growing environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Law from a leading university
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a law firm, ideally involving corporate and transactional matters
• Experience in an international environment is an asset
