About the role

We are hiring Associates with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong background in commercial litigation. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and legal research
• Presenting arguments before the High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts
• Handling e-filing procedures at the High Court and NCLT
• Managing Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters

Requirements

• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong expertise in commercial litigation
• Prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters
