The primary responsibility of a legal intake specialist is to set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for our law firm.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.
• Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit.
• Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm.
