Beacon Hill Legal is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English speaking) legal support professionals for a direct-hire Legal Intake Specialist role with a boutique personal injury firm based in Fredericksburg, VA!

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from potential clients to provide initial legal guidance and information
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client intake processes
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
• Provide initial legal advice and answer basic questions about legal matters
• Document intake information accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• 6+ months of client service or call handling experience within a legal setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish
• Prior client/matter intake experience preferred
