Legal Intake Customer Support

At Legal Intake Professionals, our customer support agents are dedicated professionals who excel at customer service and enjoy helping others. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and empathy.

About the role

You will receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and a positive experience to callers and clients in a fast-paced environment
• Follow detailed scripts and fill out intake forms accurately during calls
• Gather client information correctly and fully through active listening
• Ask appropriate questions to collect pertinent details and determine claim viability
• Converse with various personalities while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction
• Professional phone voice that demonstrates customer care and concern
• Active-listening skills
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age

Pay

$20/hour with perfect attendance (defined as being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and returning from breaks on time, and fully completing your assigned shift). Compensation without perfect attendance is $18/hour.

Schedule

• Part-time, various schedules ranging from 7am-11pm CST with an assortment of days off
• Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday each week
• Must be punctual with great attendance
• Training lasts approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday from 7am-11am or 4pm-8pm
• After successful training completion, you will move to your new set schedule
