Requirements

• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• 5+ years of legal experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguous situations
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience in corporate law, information security, compliance, and regulatory transactions
